Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Funding Commission Ignores Law

The Lexington Herald-Leader reports that Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Funding Commission paid about $510,000 to a private financial adviser rather than using state-employed advisers, as the law requires, state Auditor Crit Luallen said Friday.
