KLC offers salary assistance for Richmond safety coordinator

The Richmond Register reports that the Kentucky League of Cities (KLC) will provide salary assistance to  the city of Richmond for the express purpose of hiring a city safety coordinator.  KLC will pay $40,000 of the employee’s salary for the first three years.  Richmond is currently accepting applications at http://www.richmond.ky.us/.  Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety/health or a related field and  five years of experience.
